Ameristart is not a manufacturer, an authorized distributor or service center for any manufacturer, or a provider of medical or clinical advice. Product names, model names, and trademarks appearing on this site belong to their respective manufacturers and are used for identification only; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

All equipment is sold in as-is condition as described by its stated condition (new in box or patient ready) and listing-specific condition notes. Stated conditions reflect Ameristart's good-faith inspection and testing at the time of listing and are not a warranty of fitness for any particular clinical purpose. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchased equipment is inspected, serviced, and maintained per manufacturer requirements and applicable law before clinical use, and for compliance with any licensing, registration, or regulatory requirements applicable to their purchase, ownership, or use of the equipment. Consignment

Equipment shipped to Ameristart under the consignment program is governed by the Consignment Terms and Conditions, published in full on the Consign Equipment page. Shipment of equipment to Ameristart constitutes acceptance of those terms.
