Condition Standard
Every unit is listed in one of three conditions, assigned at inspection and stated on the listing and the quote.
The three conditions
- New in Box
- New in the factory box; the box may have been opened.
- Patient Ready
- Pre-owned, refurbished and patient ready. Accessories, hours and cosmetics stated.
- AS-IS
- No warranty or condition is declared.
Applies to every unit
- Serial number screened against FDA recalls and field safety notices.
- Function testing on every Patient Ready unit.
- Photographs of the unit.
- Condition notes written at inspection.
Consigned equipment is sold under the same standard.
